Program Director for Holistic Healing Center

We All Really Matter (WARM) is a leading community-based provider of comprehensive emergency and follow-up services for victims and survivors of intimate partner violence. The Center for Holistic Healing for Victims of Domestic Violence is WARM’s newly Federally  funded program to provide a range of evidence-based and alternative trauma-related therapies and services for victims.

Key Responsibilities

​The Program Director/Therapist will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the program. The Director will ensure the delivery of high-quality, effective holistic care to victims, with trauma treatment at its core.

  • As a new program, develop/refine Center activities and procedures with CEO and agency development consultant.

​

  • Initiate and manage therapist consulting contracts; monitor progress per supervisee against contracts with WARM funding source standards; take corrective action, as indicated; monitor, document, and address outcomes against contractual standards.

​

  • Link with accounting to process therapist billing and funding source requirements.

​

  • Monitor program budget revenues against expenses; take any needed corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Preferably NYS licensed LCSW OR Psychologist; LMSW considered

​

  • Minimum three years supervisory or director level experience in program providing
    social services, including mental health services, to marginalized populations

​

  • Strong leadership and management abilities; capability to motivate a team of therapists

​

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with WARM
    staff, clients, other organizations, and other external stakeholders.

​

  • In-depth knowledge of mainstream and alternative mind-body trauma treatment modalities, including evidence-based practices

​

  • Ability to administer program, fiscal, data analysis, and personnel requirements

​

  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

​

  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards for services provided.

​

  • Commitment to cultural sensitivity

​

  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic data management systems; ability to utilize data for program evaluation and development.

​

  • Excellent written and verbal communications to present program to diverse audiences.

​
